Perfect fit! Middle zippered pocket allows for easy organizing on either side (I wish the middle pocket was a little deeper, but I understand it probably can't be based on the size). There's a side zipper on one side and two pockets on the other (not very big, but you can store something the size of a credit card). I was also able to use this in my Rebecca Minkoff Darren carry all tote and it fit perfectly!
